Itahari: The RTRK Hotel School situated at Aaitabaare, Itahari in sunsari is coming with the online training session under the banner of 'Mango Food Festival.'
The festival is planned to be organized from 13th to 17th July for all the interested contestant from the entire globe. The founder of RTRK Hotel School Prem Tumbapo states that the participants will be provided with the theoretical as well as practical training for about three hours a day on making different recipes based on mango such as starter, salad, main course and dessert. He mentioned that the objective of organizing this virtual event is to promote typical food and tourism in Nepal.
Tumbapo told that the school would continuously keep on organizing such festivals focusing different types of fruits and other food products grown by the local farmers in order to enhance the market of those agro products in national and international scope. The RTRK Hotel School as a host of the training session believes that all the participants including housewives, trainee and professional chefs will get benefitted from the session conducted by master chef Saikumar Sharma. Participants will get the chance to learn the professionalism in the field of hotel and hospitality along with the cooking techniques of cookery.
The participants of the session will not only learn the skills, they will get the golden opportunity to earn by selling their skills in the market with the globally recognized certificates they get from various esteemed hospitality institutions. The participants will be provided with the certificates from the RTRK Hotel School itself as well as Gastronomy association of Nepal, Global Nepalese chef federation and world chef choice federation.
Interested participants can apply for the session till 12 th July by submitting online form with the payment of two thousand nine hundred and ninety nine Nepalese rupees as registration charge. The participants will be invited to a candle light dinner in Chulo Restaurant run by the host school. The school states that this training session is a step towards the aim to achieve prosperity with the unified promotion of agriculture and tourism.
